Job Description

  • Prepare and manage correspondence, reports and documents
  • Attend meetings to record minutes.
  • Set up and maintain paper and electronic filing systems for records, correspondence, and other material.
  • Manage the day to day operations of the office.
  • Planning and scheduling meetings and appointments.
  • Handle confidential documents.
  • Public Relation, deal with travel agencies and hotels, Reservation Hotels – Tickets & Visa.

Job Requirements

  • Administrative Writing and reporting Skills, Microsoft Office Skills, Typing, Verbal Communication
  • Experience of relevant software applications - spreadsheets, word processing, and database management
  • Knowledge of business and administrative principles and procedures
  • Proficient in spelling, punctuation, grammar and other English language skills
  • Proven experience of producing correspondence and documents
  • Required typing speed
  • Key Competencies (verbal and written communication skills, planning and organizing, time management, interpersonal skills, Stress tolerance, confidentiality, ….)
