Job Description
- Prepare and manage correspondence, reports and documents
- Attend meetings to record minutes.
- Set up and maintain paper and electronic filing systems for records, correspondence, and other material.
- Manage the day to day operations of the office.
- Planning and scheduling meetings and appointments.
- Handle confidential documents.
- Public Relation, deal with travel agencies and hotels, Reservation Hotels – Tickets & Visa.
Job Requirements
- Administrative Writing and reporting Skills, Microsoft Office Skills, Typing, Verbal Communication
- Experience of relevant software applications - spreadsheets, word processing, and database management
- Knowledge of business and administrative principles and procedures
- Proficient in spelling, punctuation, grammar and other English language skills
- Proven experience of producing correspondence and documents
- Required typing speed
