Customer Service Representative

Job Brief:

We are looking for a customer-oriented service representative to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Job Description:

• Manages inbound and outbound calls.
• Establishes, develops and maintains client survey database including regular Contact with all clients.
  
• Follows up on customers' requests; ensure our customer remains satisfied even after closing the deal. Pro-actively identify, seek and develop new clients.
• Builds sustainable relationships and trust with customer through open and interactive communication.
• Takes the extra mile to engage customers.
• Generates sales leads.
• Achieves sales targets and executing sales strategy and expanding the company's customer database.
