Job Description
- Workforce Planning and Employment
- Implementing the organization’s recruiting strategy
- Interviewing applicants
- Administering pre-employment tests
- Assisting with completing background investigations
- Conduct orientation presentation for new comers.
- Processing transfers, promotions, and terminations
- HR Development
- Conducting training sessions
- Administering on-the-job training programs
- Evaluating the effectiveness of training programs
- Maintaining records of employee participation in all training and development programs
- Resignation
- Conducting exit interview with blue collars to identify reasons of resignation for all voluntary resignations.
- Administering EOM on quarterly basis with presence of company management to offer them a strategic/transparent insight into how the company is being managed.
- HR Communications
- Administering employee of the month on quarterly basis with presence of company management to offer them a strategic/transparent insight into how the company is being managed.
Job Requirements
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office
- High level of interpersonal skills to handle sensitive and confidential situations and documentation.
- Ability to operate most standard office equipment.
- Attention to detail in composing, typing and proofing materials, establishing priorities, and meeting deadlines.
- Good to excellent spelling, grammar and written communication skills.
- Excellent telephone and oral communication skills.
- Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.
