Job Description
- Produce the design and artwork for websites, social media and online banners.
- Translate product positioning, existing research, and offline/online marketing strategies into effective designs.
- Manage and produce digital design work, including banner sizing and versioning.
- Help bring new ideas for designs and content creation. ➢ Work with the creative team to conceptualize creatives based on strategic goals.
- Accurately scope and estimate personal time allotments to meet creative project requirements.
- Understand and incorporate feedback from internal team and client.
- Create assets that follow the creative brief concepts and adhere to good visual design practices.
Job Requirements
- Proven expertise in the Adobe Creative Suite, including but not limited to Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere and After Effects.
- Knowledge of visual design principles, including but not limited to typography, color theory, layout, grids, perspective and space relationships, photography, iconography, illustration, video editing and motion graphics.
- Ability to assist in creation of strategic concepts based on client goals.
- Ability to research design and creative solutions across markets and audiences to incorporate into creative campaigns.
- Ability to adhere to brand style guides.
- Excellent time management skills for multiple projects with a range of scope
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Digital portfolio that showcases examples of previous work that meet above criteria
