Program Objective

Sales program helps sales professionals move smartly focused on the relevant targets, equipped with the right toolbox, and make sure the enhancements and upgrades are done in the right order without leaving relevant prerequisites unfulfilled.

Module 1 (Sales Square 1)

  • This module is a must for everyone. If you are having a decade or more of sales experience doesn’t mean you can skip it.
  • This module explains the basics that sales people need to know before jumping into the action of the sales world.
  • It gives clear vision of sales career including personal and organizational expectations, basics of financial transactions and the impact of discounts and financial terms on organizational financial status, the sense of liabilities, compliance and integrity linking them to personal values and drivers.

Module 2 (Sales Sprint)

  • This module gives focused understanding of personal selling process emphasizing the buying side of this selling process.
  • This experience draws the sales people attention to the fact that buyers follow their own process not the company’s selling process.
  • It is a revolutionary concept change from selling to help the customer buying. This approach is perfectly matching the selling strategy as it positions the sales professional in a consultative role rather than the usual selling block.

Module 3 (Sales process elements and tactics)

  • This module is a mandatory asset for all sales professionals. It provides the basic inevitable skills toolbox for successful selling, it helps determining what to do, when to do it and how to do it.

Module 4 (Tactical negotiation skills)

  • This module elevates the participants’ level as negotiators from ordinary or even below ordinary negotiators into winner “magical” negotiators who are capable of achieving own objectives while keeping the other party satisfied and the relationship among the two parties is kept healthy.
  • The module doesn’t only provide the usual negotiations skills and tactics, but also it provides the panoramic process of preparing for negotiation on the personal and organizational levels, profiling the opponent and considering their positions and motives.

Module 5 (Basic Persuasive Presentation)

  • Persuading audience to a decision is very specific to the culture of this audience. What works in the Western world doesn't necessarily mean will work in Egypt or the Middle East? It is a different area, different culture, different audience groups, so it must be different presentations techniques.
  • Conducting successful presentations is not only about your body language, your tone and posture. It is not only about how attractive your idea is. It is about how to persuade the audience to make up their minds and support your idea, how to motivate the audience to take a decision you need them to take.

Job Requirements

Who should attend?

  • All sales professional from one year experience up to 5 years experience
  • All fresh grade who would start sales career

Program Eligible Terms (Selection Terms)

  • You must have an updated WUZZUF profile (70%+)
  • You must have (Interpersonal Skills), (Problem Solving) & (English Writing) Badges
  • Pass the interview conducted prior the course.

Who is eligible for 50% money back? (Money-Back Terms and Conditions)
