Job Summary

eVision is a software development firm and value added reseller of mission critical financial systems for the banking industry. We are looking to grow our presence in Africa and the Middle East and looking for a strong sales leader to join our team.

The successful candidate will help to set and meet our customer acquisition and revenue objectives. The Sales Manager responsible for uncovering new opportunities, and managing sales process from start to finish.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Effectively communicate products value proposition through proposals and presentations.
  • Exceed annual sales quota within assigned region or segment.
  • Coordinate demonstrations, technical sessions and POC
  • Develop and maintain account plan
  • Develop and issue formal proposals, quotations and completion of contracts
  • Maintain weekly sales forecasting system
  • Prepare for and participate in weekly sales calls
  • Ensure delivery milestones are met, escalate customer satisfaction issues to executives.
  • Skilled at giving tailored products presentations, applications studies, financial justifications and demonstrations to illustrate the benefits of company products and services.

Job Requirements

Requirements

  • University/College Degree/Diploma – Marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, Technology
  • 5+ years of experience selling technology-based solutions
  • Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services
  • Proven ability to position products against competitors.
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills in English and Arabic Languages.
  • In-depth exposure in career to business modeling/analysis
  • Preferably with experience and domain knowledge of banking software Industry.
