Job Description
- Installs and maintain Servers hardware and software to ensure a smooth workflow.
- Design, implement and troubleshoot network infrastructure to ensure a smooth workflow.
- Specify the software packages to subordinates to ensure a smooth workflow.
- Specify personal computers hardware regarding to the nature of use to ensure that all employees have a suitable hardware that meet their tasks requirement.
- Supervise users & subordinates in use of equipment and software to avoid miss use and waist time.
- Create, delete and resetting e-mail accounts to ensure a smooth workflow.
- Design, Administer and maintain Backup plans and disaster recovery plans to ensure that the recovery process will be done with minimum down time to company employees in case of disaster.
- Search for new solutions or hardware that can help in company business.
- Design, Administer and maintain reporting systems using (FRX, Crystal report, Macro tools and MS Excel) to insure a proper workflow.
- Administer and maintain systems (iScala, Micros, Time recorder and Ticketing system) to ensure a smooth workflow.
- Provide network assistance to users, including help with network connections, passwords and shared resources to ensure a smooth workflow.
- Check subordinates weekly reports and adjust the maintenance plan regarding to the weekly reports to track their effort and gathering information about the repeatable problems to find a permanent solution.
- Create and implement pro-active maintenance & Disaster recovery plans.
- Develop Lead and Coach Staff to be capable of delivering to meet their objectives.
Job Requirements
- Good English (oral/written).
- Computer since graduate or any related graduate.
- 5 years experience in similar position on Microsoft platform.
- Microsoft certified system administrator (MCSA) is necessary.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft SQL.
- Experience with ERP, HRMS, CRM, Ticketing system, surveillance cameras and access control.
- Microsoft certified system engineer (MCSE) is a plus.
