Job Description
- Provide technical support to computer system users and company operations (in person, via phone, Email...).
- Performs regular visits to stores for maintenance and technical support.
- Will be one of the stocktaking team.
- Diagnose and resolve technical hardware & software issues.
- Answer user inquiries regarding computer software or hardware operation to resolve problems.
- Provide assistance concerning the use of computer hardware and software, including printing, installation, word processing, electronic mail, operating systems and Cameras.
- Buying IT equipments either by going to stores or be contacting vendors.
- Develop and update technical documentation for users and IT team.
- Train and advise users on appropriate actions and how to use systems, applications and answer their questions.
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- University Degree in Computer Science or any equivalent field.
- 1-3 years of relevant experience.
- IT Certification (windows client, MCSA, CCNA, SQL DB Basics…).
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- MS applications skills.
- Excellent English language.
