Duties and Responsibilities :
- Managing client’s loyalty programs.
- Working with technical, commercial and operational teams to meet clients’ needs.
- Prepare the monthly reports and analysis.
- Define, measure and communicate key performance indicators for customer behavior.
- Handle clients daily communication
- Execute the clients' plans
- Manage the projects' communication plan
- Provide regular research & analysis reports
- Align with different departments within the company to launch new projects and promotions
- Follow up with the internal stakeholders & clients to achieve the required deliverables on time
