Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Managing client’s loyalty programs.
  • Working with technical, commercial and operational teams to meet clients’ needs.
  • Prepare the monthly reports and analysis.
  • Define, measure and communicate key performance indicators for customer behavior.
  • Handle clients daily communication
  • Execute the clients' plans
  • Manage the projects' communication plan
  • Provide regular research & analysis reports
  • Align with different departments within the company to launch new projects and promotions
  • Follow up with the internal stakeholders & clients to achieve the required deliverables on time
