Job Description
For Kids Room Furniture Brand outlet located in Obour City, Cairo. Where the main responsibilities and duties are:
- Welcomes customers by greeting them; offering them assistance.
- Advises customers by providing information on products.
- Helps customer make selections by building customer confidence; offering suggestions and opinions.
- Providing the best selling services to the customer through memorizing the supplies and goods in order to facilitate the sales operation
- Presenting the best customer service to the customer using the appropriate body language and tone of voice.
- Responsible for inventory any shortage after the sales process directly
- Responsible for ordering and organizing his area according to the schedule and ensuring the safety and cleanliness of its goods
- Ensures to transfer all the information and feedback from customers to the direct manager.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Maintain a branch and its contents equipment.
- Implementation of the approved policy sales within the limits of the nature of his work.
- Assistant branch manager in training new employees.
- Insures that the shelves are kept clean and tidy at all times.
- Achieving his monthly target of sales
- Helping in achieving the general target of the store through providing sufficient cooperation
