• Welcomes customers by greeting them; offering them assistance.
• Advises customers by providing information on products.
• Helps customer make selections by building customer confidence; offering suggestions and opinions.
• Providing the best selling services to the customer through memorizing the supplies and goods in order to facilitate the sales operation
• Presenting the best customer service to the customer using the appropriate body language and tone of voice.
• Responsible for inventory any shortage after the sales process directly
• Responsible for ordering and organizing his area according to the schedule and ensuring the safety and cleanliness of its goods
• Ensures to transfer all the information and feedback from customers to the direct manager.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
• Maintain a branch and its contents equipment.
• Implementation of the approved policy sales within the limits of the nature of his work.
• Assistant branch manager in training new employees.
• Insures that the shelves are kept clean and tidy at all times.
• Achieving his monthly target of sales
• Helping in achieving the general target of the store through providing sufficient cooperation
