Job Description
- Lead the branch operations
- Informing students with course start dates and weekly updates
- Answer student questions regarding events and courses prices and content
- Coordinate with teachers and students to avoid miscommunication and simple technical support
- Maintain the time frames for each class
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree
- +2 years experience in the customer service field
- Previous experience in training centers is a huge plus
- Very good English
- Good in Microsoft Office Program
- Multi-Task, Able to Work Under Pressure
- Working Hours on shift basis 1 day off rotational
- Age from 26-35 preferable
