Job Description

  • Lead the branch operations
  • Informing students with course start dates and weekly updates
  • Answer student questions regarding events and courses prices and content
  • Coordinate with teachers and students to avoid miscommunication and simple technical support
  • Maintain the time frames for each class

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree
  • +2 years experience in the customer service field
  • Previous experience in training centers is a huge plus
  • Very good English
  • Good in Microsoft Office Program
  • Multi-Task, Able to Work Under Pressure
  • Working Hours on shift basis 1 day off rotational
  • Age from 26-35 preferable
