Job Description
- Manage and process the payrollMonitor the time attendance systems and make appropriate deductions (lateness, sick leave, absences etc).
- Monitor the salary structure and benefits provision to ensure a balance between control of costs and attracting and retaining staff.
- Develop and maintain personnel record systems in accordance with current legislation.
- Design, evaluate and modify benefit policies to ensure compensation programmers are current, competitive and in compliance with legal requirements.
Job Requirements
- BA/BSC from recognized university
- Minimum of 5years experience in HR, 3 of which must be in Compensation and Benefits section Advanced.
