Job Description

  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Communicating with customers through mail.
  • Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Responsible for meeting Customers within the company or in exhibitions.
  • Responding to customer inquiries and emails immediately.
  • Responsible for arranging the customer’s visit to the factory including (hotel reservation - internal transportation arrangement).
  • Responsible for conducting a feasibility study for the order in terms of (quantity - possibility of operation - drawings).
  • Follow-up of orders’ production process from the beginning of the order to the shipping and collection.
  • Organizing the orders according to shipping schedule in a way that facilitates the process for the operating departments under the supervision of the head of the department.
  • Responsible for performing Performa for operation (for the customer, shipping, production department and graphics) with a specific schedule under the supervision of the head of the department.
  • Responsible for following up the shipping dates, the port of shipment and the shipping line (according to the agreement).
  • Responsible for following up on shipping documents after shipment (sending a picture to the customer by email - sending the original to the credit bank)
  • Follow up on client and broker accounts in the financial department.
  • Follow-up of the group’s receivables movement towards customers by following up with the export department.
  • Follow-up of production and packaging operations in the various sections of the group.

Job Requirements

  • Possesses excellent handling skills and customer service.
  • Ability to understand customer problems and needs.
  • Very good English language skills.
  • Proficiency in communication and negotiation skills in a distinctive way.
