Job Description

Job summary:

  • This position is responsible for managing the support services of SSP, such as the fleet headquarters, reception, drivers and security departments, by taking direction from the Chief Financial Officer and implementing SSP’s policies and procedures.

Job Requirements

Qualification’s requirements for the position:

Required education and experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources (minimum 4 years study)
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in the administration or HR fields
  • Minimum 3 years experienced in management level highly exposed to Real Estate Industry
  • Excellent English language proficiency
  • Proficient in MS Office Excel and Word

Preferred education and experience

  • CIPD certified
  • Minimum 5 years experienced in management level highly exposed to Manufacturing Industry

Required minimum skills:

  • Strong knowledge of the local labor law
  • Excellent knowledge of Health and Safety standards and requirements
  • Strong knowledge of compensation and benefits
  • Strong knowledge in learning and development
  • Strong knowledge of performance management systems
  • Translates broad strategic goals into achievable objectives
  • Strong analytical ability
  • Excellent negotiations skills
  • Excellent English language proficiency
  • Excellent oral and written communication
