Fresh Graduate Chemical or/and Petrochemical Engineers from reputable Universities are invited to apply and join our paid training program ending with full-time employment opportunities for successful trainees.
Selected applicants will be enrolled under our "Trainee Engineer" program. The program will run for a minimum of 6-months and a maximum of 1-year. The program is designed using a blended approach incorporating both classroom training (20%) and on-the-job training (80%). During the program tenure, trainees will shadow our experienced Production Engineers to acquire the required knowledge and skills to run our production site. This will be done under close monitoring of our experienced staff and supervisors who will be assessing the performance of each trainee on the job on quarterly basis. Based on the feedback on the performance and commitment level of each trainee, the trainee will be offered one of the following three options:
- Full-time employment opportunity
- An extension of his training period (up to 1-year max.) if s/he needs to further enhance their knowledge and performance.
- Training termination.
Trainees will be paid a lucrative monthly training emolument to support them with their monthly expense.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in Chemical or Petrochemical Engineering from a reputable university.
- No experience is required (looking for fresh graduates only).
- Military service must be completed or postponed.
- Very good (spoken and written) English language literacy
