Job Description
Main Duties:
- As a manager of a branch, you are responsible for how the pharmacy runs, both in the dispensary and in the retail area, with holding any operational obstacles and problems.
- Making sure that the staff follows all standard operating procedures, and that our pharmacy is fully compliant with all health and safety regulations and adheres to our company’s policies, promotions and incentives.
- Making sure that staff are trained to the appropriate level for their job description.
- Help the staff with their learning about over-the-counter products so that they understand all the important questions to ask and why, and when they would need to refer to you as a manager or involve you in on any unsolved or critical client needs.
- Build strong sustainable relations with customers
- Make sure of full inventory availability
- Provide good communication with other branches
- Meet sales targets
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree of pharmacy ONLY
- Minimum 3 years of experience in pharmacies is a must
- Preferred 6 of October resident
- Excellent organization skills
- Customer-driven and results oriented
- Excellent Computer skills
- Multi-tasking skills
