Job Description
- Collect the data related to the clients and the competitors
- Update and edit the data base in the company for the clients
- Make the cold phone calls with the potential clients, send then emails with the products of the company they are interested in
- Attend meetings with the clients and/or make presentation to the clients
- Researching clients and markets
- Make the data base for the clients and the annual exhibitions.
- Support in making the sales and marketing annual plan.
- Liaising with clients, other agency staff and external suppliers of goods and services
- Developing ideas for promotional sales and marketing campaigns
- Briefing other agency staff, such as creative teams, account management team and production departments with the new project.
- Attending meetings and sharing ideas at brainstorming sessions, reporting back details of discussions
- Writing and proofreading promotional sales and marketing copy
- Monitoring the progress of work and producing status reports
- Compiling budgets and costing supplies and projects
- Preparing and checking contracts, invoices and bills
- Maintaining information on projects and clients
- Assisting in the preparation of presentations to clients
- Carrying out a variety of administrative tasks.
Job Requirements
- Proven Experience 1 – 3 years in the same field
- Preferable 1 year in the events and exhibitions field
- Excellent command of English and Arabic
- Excellent Communication & Presentation skills
