Job Description
- Develop the customer database with specific responsibility for maintenance and management of customer data to ensure data integrity.
- Develop CRM activities plan to build customers’ loyalty & drive consumption.
- Perform data analyses and post activity evaluations to deliver customer insights and make recommendation.
- Perform timely & accurate KPIs reporting on a daily and monthly basis
- Proceeding with loyalty program planning, execution and analysis.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Statistics, IT or related field
- 2-4 years’ experience in Loyalty program & CRM Analyst.
- Experience in database applications, tools and usage.
- Self-motivated, analytical, quick learner, organized, detail-oriented, multi- tasks
- Excellent communication skills
