Job Description

  • Develop the customer database with specific responsibility for maintenance and management of customer data to ensure data integrity.
  • Develop CRM activities plan to build customers’ loyalty & drive consumption.
  • Perform data analyses and post activity evaluations to deliver customer insights and make recommendation.
  • Perform timely & accurate KPIs reporting on a daily and monthly basis
  • Proceeding with loyalty program planning, execution and analysis.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Statistics, IT or related field
  • 2-4 years’ experience in Loyalty program & CRM Analyst.
  • Experience in database applications, tools and usage.
  • Self-motivated, analytical, quick learner, organized, detail-oriented, multi- tasks
  • Excellent communication skills
