Job Description

Ebtikar System is a leading business software solution for We work in accounting and administrative programs including real estate and installment programs, points of sale for restaurants, cafés, electronic archiving systems, web design and many products.
. We seek a Sales Manager with at least 4-6 years sales management experience. Our product is known as OMS (OFFICE Ebtikar SYSTEM ™ ) . Your prior accounting management knowledge, concepts of Inventory controls, Warehouse Management System, EDI and eCommerce will play a vital role in the ongoing development of our winning sales team .


Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Develops and implements strategic sales plans to accommodate corporate goals.
  • Directs sales forecasting activities and sets performance goals accordingly.
  • Reviews market analyses to determine customer needs and maintains sales volume, product mix, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
  • Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand, reviews price schedules and discount rates.
  • Directs staffing, training and performance evaluations to develop and control sales program.
  • Directs channel development activity and coordinates sales distribution by establishing sales territories, quotas and goals.
  • Analyzes sales statistics to formulate policy and assist dealers in promoting sales.
  • Directs product simplification and standardization to eliminate unprofitable items from sales line.
  • Represents company at trade association meetings to promote product.
  • Meets with key clients, assisting sales representative with maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals.
  • Analyzes and controls expenditures of division to conform to budgetary requirements.
  • Prepares periodic sales report showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of proposed client base expansion.
  • Recommends or approves budget, expenditures, and appropriations for research and development work.
  • Effectively manages sales budget for the region.

Job Requirements

  • Graduate with B. Sc. with marketing specialization from a reputed institute.
  • At least 4-6 years sales and marketing experience in IT Software industry.
  • We are looking for a talented, Enthusiastic, technology focused developer to join our team.
  • Influencing, persuading, negotiating and hard worker.
  • Leadership skills.
  • Excellent level of speaking & Written English Communication Skills, Computer Literate.
