Job Description
- Responsible for the recruitment activities for blue collars and white collars.
- Responsible for attendance and calculating monthly payroll.
- Assist in recruitment process (Advertisement placement - Interview Arrangements-Interviewing applicants)
- Conduct orientation of new hires
- Responsible for maintaining the filing system for personnel records
- Dealing with governmental authorities (Social Insurance- Medical Insurance- Labor Law- Post Office).
- Assist in organizing other employee benefits and recognition awards.
Job Requirements
- Experience: 2-3 Years in dealing with (Social Insurance, Labor Office).
- Strong knowledge in labor/ social insurance laws, and regulations.
- Very good computer skills.
- Very good English skills.
- Very good communication& presentation skills.
- Obour City and nearby residents are preferably
- HR Certificates is plus.
