Job Description
- Responsible for managing a team of 90+ members.
- Maintain the hiring, backup, replacement of employees for any sudden situation or expansion.
- Responsible for team performance, deposits, shifts, attendance &workforce.
- Follow up & management the custody of the team.
- Responsible for establishing new projects and follow up with all stakeholders.
- Reporting the performance and follow up on the improvement plans.
- Ensure the business is operating to the best possible rates.
Job Requirements
- Experience in managing a team of a large count.
- At least 3 years Experience in team management
- Reporting and presentation skills
- Excellent Command of Microfost office
- Excellent command of English
