Quality Specialist

Quality Specialist Job Description:

• Implementation of quality assurance work for all documentary courses in accordance with the standard criteria for donors.
• Inspecting the materials used in manufacturing upon delivery.
• Examine the equipment and tools and ensure the  safety, cleanliness and suitability of it to operate according to international and Egyptian health standards.
• Following up on personal hygiene for workers to control the application of public health requirements and preventing food contamination.
• Ensure the expiration date and the data recorded on packages, whether raw materials or a final product, to ensure compliance with legislation and laws.
• Record any cases of non-conformity of the product during the manufacturing stages in order to analyze and study the root causes of preventing recurrence.
• Analyze and record the defects of the final products in order to control the quality along with identifying the main causes. 
• تنفيذ اعمال توكيد الجودة لكافة الدورات المستندية طبقا للمعايير القياسية للجهات المانحة
• فحص الخامات الداخلةه في التصنيع عندا إستلامها
• فحص المعدات و الأدوات و التأكد من سلامتها و نظافتها وصلاحيتها للتشغيل طبقا لمعايير الصحة العالمية والمصرية
• متابعة النظافة الشخصية للعاملين بهدف إحكام الرقابة على تطبيق اشتراطات الصحة العامة ومنع من تلوث الغذاء
• التأكد من تاريخ الصلاحية والبيانات المدونة على عبوات سواء خامات أو منتج نهائى لضمان التوافق مع التشريعات والقوانين
• تسجيل أى حالات عدم مطابقة للمنتج خلال مراحل التصنيع بهدف التحليل ودراسة الأسباب الجذرية لمنع تكراره
• حصر وتحليل عيوب المنتجات النهائية وتسجيلها بهدف إحكام الرقابة على الجودة مع تحديد الأسباب الجذرية
