Job Description

  • Research new potential partners and followup with them with regard to any complaints.
  • Research the needs of other companies and the decision maker (HR/CEO/MGR/Owner).
  • Increasing client base.
  • Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition.
  • Contact potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings.
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients and explain the company's services thoroughly.
  • Having an in-depth knowledge of business services and value proposition.
  • Building and maintaining excellent client relationships.
  • Follow up on clients’ complaints or additional needs, and reach a resolution for optimum client satisfaction.
  • Increase the sales of all services to customers (Up selling).
  • Establish a knowledge base about the market trends and competition
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Close the deal with the customer and sign the contract.
  • Marketing video recording with the customer.

Job Requirements

  • High-level communication skills
  • A background in in training companies, recruitment or human resources consulting.
  • It is preferable to work in the field of training, human resources, or study of human resources
