Job Description
- Research new potential partners and followup with them with regard to any complaints.
- Research the needs of other companies and the decision maker (HR/CEO/MGR/Owner).
- Increasing client base.
- Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition.
- Contact potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings.
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients and explain the company's services thoroughly.

- Follow up on clients’ complaints or additional needs, and reach a resolution for optimum client satisfaction.
- Increase the sales of all services to customers (Up selling).

Job Requirements
