Job Description
ARDEN CONSULTANCY is urgently hiring an IT Support.
Job Tasks:
- Installing and configuring computer operating systems, software, tools, networks, printers and scanners
- Investigating, diagnosing and solving computer software and hardware issues
- Dealing/accessing/connecting/configuring network components (e.g.: routers and switches)
- Investigating, diagnosing and solving network and Internet issues
- Create and setup e-mails using our Hosting Account
- Manage our hosting account
Job Requirements
- Good knowledge of the computer systems and software
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures for end user technical support.
- Good problem solving and research skills.
- Hard worker, persistent, accurate and creative
- Problem Solving Skills and Logical approach to the solution of problems
- Good conceptual ability and skills in analysis and problem solving
- Eager to learn new technical techniques and tools
- Ability to provide prompt responses to questions from employees.
- Understand the working environment & nature of the different business teams.
- Experience with Hosting Control Panels and Programming background is a plus
