Job Description

  • Supporting the sales force with general operations to help reach the team’s objectives.
  • Prepare sales representative reports Monthly/weekly.
  • Responding and coordinating all correspondences related to tenders, preparing technical and commercial offers.
  • Contribute effectively in CRM development by create, maintain, and enter information into databases.
  • Assisting with the coordination of webinars.
  • Planning, coordinating and scheduling meetings for the sales team with clients and prepare all related meeting materials.
  • Follow up on all expired sent quotations and sending reminders to clients.
  • Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives and Presenting the company products & services to potential clients to identify opportunities (Local and international).

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales; experience as a sales coordinator.
  • Proficiency in English
  • French is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • BSc/BA in business administration or relevant field.
