Job Description:
- Handling a High Volume of Customer Service inquires in regards to account discrepancies, billing inquires and customer questions and concerns.
- Meeting clients and finding solutions for their problems
- Handling Branches Customer Service requests.
- Handling complaints/inquires and financial requests and reporting them to the Assistant Customer Service Manager.
- Ensuring Customer Satisfaction at all times.
Job Requirements
- Fluent English language is a Must
- 1+ year(s) of experience in a client facing role
- High Communication skills
