Job Description:

  • Handling a High Volume of Customer Service inquires in regards to account discrepancies, billing inquires and customer questions and concerns.
  • Meeting clients and finding solutions for their problems
  • Handling Branches Customer Service requests.
  • Handling complaints/inquires and financial requests and reporting them to the Assistant Customer Service Manager.
  • Ensuring Customer Satisfaction at all times.
Job Requirements
  • Fluent English language is a Must
  • 1+ year(s) of experience in a client facing role
  • High Communication skills
