Very well known Real estate investment & Construction company located in Nasr city, Egypt was established in 1986 , is hiring : Planning and cost control Engineer .
- Preparing baseline - revised baseline time schedules for the project phases.
- Cash Flow, Resources Allocation (Labors, Materials & Non- Labor).
- Updating, Monitoring & Controlling
- Reporting (Weekly, Bi-Weekly, Monthly &Quarter)
- Claims Analysis and submission.
- Job of tracking and controlling costs.
Job Requirements
- B.S.C of Engineering (Architecture).
- 6-8 years of experience. (preferred in the same field )
- Nasr City residence or rounded ares is a must
- Professional user of Primavera
