Web Designer / Developer

IHome, a new real estate company in the 5th Settlement, is seeking a creative Web Designer / Developer for a project. The ideal candidate needs to have an eye for artistic web design as well as special user interface design and development skills that will allow the internal requirements to be transformed to functional and easy-to-use artifacts.

Job Tasks:

• Produce project estimates and determine the appropriate architecture and other technical solutions, and communicate relevant recommendations
• Work with company stakeholders to build and refine graphic designs for the website and its sections
• Establish guidelines in light of technical and graphical aspects, provide innovative solutions and promote usability standards and best practices
• Develop innovative web-based tools and take charge of web design, coding, layout, update and maintenance
• Execute responsible/ consistent web design principles to ensure website renders efficiently across multiple devices and through different browsers
• Conceptualize original website design ideas that bring simplicity and user friendliness to complex roadblocks
• Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to communicate interaction and design ideas
• Design and implement visually-appealing layouts for the company’s website, web publications and advertisements
• Present and defend designs and key deliverables to stakeholders
• Test the website on a regular basis and identify any technical problems
• Provide website maintenance and enhancements, and troubleshoot site usability problems
• Archive and update all materials to be easily accessed
