Job Description
- Assist the team in Achieving the target.
- Arrange travel for business and vacation customers.
- Determine customers’ needs and preferences, such as schedules and costs.
- Plan and arrange tour packages, excursions, and day trips.
- Find fare and schedule information.
- Calculate total travel costs.
- Make alternative booking arrangements if changes arise before or during the trip.
Job Requirements
- Excellent commands of Amadeus system is a must ( Sales ).
- 4-6 Years Experience in Travel industry.
- Good English language.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Excellent Windows applications skills.
- Call center experience is a plus.
- Salaries are negotiable
- Location is Heliopolis.
