Job Description
We are looking to hire a secretary who has experience in indoor sales, in the field of IT and Marketing.
Responsibilities:
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
- Understand client needs and requirements.
- Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure.
- Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas.
- Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest.
- Maintain and expand a database of prospects within the assigned criteria.
- Team with channel partners to build pipelines and close deals.
- Perform effective online demos to prospects.
- Ensuring meetings are effectively organised and minuted.
- Maintaining effective records and administration.
- Upholding the legal requirements of governing documents, company law etc (where relevant).
- Communication and correspondence.
- Prepare reports and presentations as assigned.
- Maintain organizational charts and detailed job descriptions.
- Provide support (in a timely manner) to employees about policies and procedures to resolve any issues that may arise.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree Preferred Commerce/ Business Administration
- Strong phone presence and experience in the IT field.
- Proven inside sales experience.
- Track record of over-achieving quota.
- Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills (Arabic and English)
- Strong listening and presentation skills.IT
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems will be a plus
- Familiarity with basic research methods and reporting techniques
