Job Description
Job Summary
Recording daily entries, tracking & analyze financial information, prepare financial reports by compiling information, applying taxes in details, preparing profit and loss statements, utilizing appropriate accounting control procedures.
Description:
- Process purchase orders in an accurate and timely manner.
- Prepare taxes so that all requirements are met while avoiding over-payment.
- Process expense reports in an accurate and timely manner.
- Communicate with co-workers, management,external audit, clients and others in a courteous and professional manner.
- Bank reconciliations.
- Reviewing vouchers, invoices, checks, account statements, reports, compiles cost revenue reports, and balance sheets.
- Calculating fixed assets depreciation.
- Participating in business plan & annual budget preparation.
Working Conditions
- Working hours start from 09:00 AM till 05:00 PM.
- Six working days/week.
Job Requirements
- B.C. Commerce (Accounting Section)
- 2-5 years of experience.
- Good command in English (Written, Spoken).
- CMA is preferable.
- Flexibility and ability to work under pressure and multitask oriented.
- Effective communication & Presentation skills.
- Have a self motivation & High accuracy.
- Solid knowledge of MS Office.
- High mathematical & numerical skills.
