Job Description
- Build-up and improve the corporate identity
- Designing and maintaining the company`s printings like brochures, catalogs and giveaways.
- Managing the official website of the company and developing it.
- Conduct market research to find answers about consumer requirements, habits and trends
- Collaborate with marketing and other professionals to coordinate brand awareness and marketing efforts
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
- Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
- Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies

Job Requirements
- Any Bachelor degree required
- Excellent computer skills
- Paper manufacturing background is a plus.
