Job Description

  • Work closely with HR Director for changing culture and drive performance management system.
  • Establish Job Analysis and Job Evaluation for all jobs in the company.
  • Design and review company structure based on updated hierarchy.
  • Create KPI’s for all job roles with required competencies and technical requirements.
  • Drive Performance Management System that is based on SMART Objectives with quantitative & qualitative measurements.
  • Implement periodical performance management reviews for all department on quarterly basis.
  • Conduct Performance Management Panels based on 360 Degree.
  • Identify performance gaps to build required IDP, upon competency based.
  • Contact Training suppliers for conducting training sessions and development programs.
  • Identify Talent Pool based on company criteria and core competencies.
  • Review Succession Planning Cards based on Company BSC.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with an HR Diploma or Certificate is a must.
  • 8-10 years of experience in multinational companies.
  • Fluent English.
  • Diplomatic with strong communication skills.
  • People & result-oriented.
  • Familiar with Mercer or Hay Compensation & Benefits system.
  • Have in-depth knowledge in key success factor system/module.
  • Females only.
  • Age up to 35 years old.
