Job Description
- Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
- Designing and implementing a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence.
- Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
- Being fully aware of new products and competition status in the market.
- Follow up visits to specialized clinics, research centers, universities and hospitals with all new relevant customers and follow up with the sales team.
- Planning work schedules and weekly and monthly timetables with sales team.
- Promoting products of the company.
- Represent the company in conferences, workshops and tenders.
- Follow up with the customers about their complaints and requests.
- Negotiate prices or terms of sales or service agreements.
- Prepare and submit sales contracts for orders.
- Maintain customer records, using automated systems.
