Job Description

  • Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
  • Designing and implementing a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence.
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
  • Being fully aware of new products and competition status in the market.
  • Follow up visits to specialized clinics, research centers, universities and hospitals with all new relevant customers and follow up with the sales team.
  • Planning work schedules and weekly and monthly timetables with sales team.
  • Promoting products of the company.
  • Represent the company in conferences, workshops and tenders.
  • Follow up with the customers about their complaints and requests.
  • Negotiate prices or terms of sales or service agreements.
  • Prepare and submit sales contracts for orders.
  • Maintain customer records, using automated systems.

Job Requirements

  • Communicating with Peers, or Subordinates
  • Providing information to co-workers, and subordinates by telephone, in written form, e-mail, or in person.
  • Organizing, Planning, and Prioritizing Work and prioritizing goals
  • Developing specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish your work.
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills.
  • Very good Command of English Language
  • Good command of Computer software
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience
