Prepare employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.
Complete HR operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating and recommending HR policies and procedures.
Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
Develop all needed OD reports.
Training and performance management activities in terms of attending different training courses, evaluating the trainer …etc and also in the performance appraisal awareness sessions, analyzing results...etc.
