Job Description
- Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
- Maintains organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes.
- Prepare employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.
- Complete HR operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results.
- Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating and recommending HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
- Develop all needed OD reports.
- Training and performance management activities in terms of attending different training courses, evaluating the trainer …etc and also in the performance appraisal awareness sessions, analyzing results...etc.
Job Requirements
- 10+ Years of professional experience in HR / Real State industry
- Proven working experience as HR manager or other HR executive
- MBA/ DBA holder
- Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work under stress and pressure
