Job Description

  • Ensure daily operational duties are completed
  • Supervises & performs smartphone repairs (iPhone, Android and more)
  • Lead team of 5-6 technicians
  • Manage a high volume (50 repairs/day) fast paced service
  • Ensure standard operating procedures are followed by team
  • Offer all products & services offered by the company
  • Meet or exceed performance objectives
  • Handle administrative aspects, including inventory counts and pre-op/post-op checklists
  • Maintain knowledge of competition
  • Complete trainings as required
  • Train new technicians

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years experience in phone repairs (iPhone/iPad & Samsung proficiency is a MUST)
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • Excellent technical, problem solving, and analytic skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Work well in team environment
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to complete all paperwork completely, accurately, in a timely manner
  • Ability to work in other locations as the needs of the business dictate may be required
  • Ready for immediate hiring
