Job Description
- Ensure daily operational duties are completed
- Supervises & performs smartphone repairs (iPhone, Android and more)
- Lead team of 5-6 technicians
- Manage a high volume (50 repairs/day) fast paced service
- Ensure standard operating procedures are followed by team
- Offer all products & services offered by the company
- Meet or exceed performance objectives
- Handle administrative aspects, including inventory counts and pre-op/post-op checklists
- Maintain knowledge of competition
- Complete trainings as required
- Train new technicians
Job Requirements
- 5+ years experience in phone repairs (iPhone/iPad & Samsung proficiency is a MUST)
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Excellent technical, problem solving, and analytic skills
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Work well in team environment
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to complete all paperwork completely, accurately, in a timely manner
- Ability to work in other locations as the needs of the business dictate may be required
