'm looking for a killer Social Media Specialist to join one of the leading Egyptian startups. Candidates should own the following skill set:
- Working alongside the Head of Social to generate new ideas for social content to drive communications.
- Planning social content and maintaining the content calendar to ensure that social media content is regular, relevant and engaging.
- Writing engaging copy for use on relevant social media platforms
- Engaging with Fans and Followers to build relationships with the community and encourage engagement
- Monthly reporting
Job Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of previous experience working as a community manager in a similar role
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills are essential, this includes both English and Arabic
- The ideal candidate will be passionate and articulate with the ability to analyze the implications of online communications and messages
- Thinks in the language of startups; enthusiastic, accommodating, flexible and passionate about all things social
