Job Description
Job Purpose:
Business planning plays pivotal role in meeting Business Unit revenue KPIs and targets. The role aims to work closely with all geographies from the lens of Financial Institutions, Fintechs & Payments Partners. This role will be reporting to Chief Business Planning & Market Development Officer.
Job Accountabilities:
- Deploy best-in-class analytics to develop compelling, insightful recommendations for Sales team and senior management
- Lead efforts for formulating regional business planning & pricing strategies for complex new and existing products/services, promotions, distribution channels
- Coming up with business plan recommendations for tactical offers, new product launches and any planned activities to stimulate growth
- Use financial and competitive insights gained through rigorous analysis and research to achieve alignment between price, value and business objectives
Job Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
- 6+ years’ prior relevant experience in business planning, finance/pricing or commercial team in payments and/or SaaS company
- Holding a similar role with a high value and volume business with multiple service offerings
Job-Specific Skills:
- Previous experience with commercial/financial data analytics
- Ability to challenge and review with an analytical mindset

- Detail oriented and organized; Strong planning and prioritization abilities
- Stakeholder Management and the ability to build relationships
