Job Description
- Maintaining proposals and pricing templates, documentation, statistics and status.
- Prepare pre-qualification documentation
- Work with sales to understand framework agreements and put together offers, ensuring accuracy of information in a timely manner
- Conducting site visits and meetings with the client for data collection if necessary.
- Developing clear and concise technical and commercial proposals that support the sales strategy and overall business goals of the organization.
- Developing budgets, estimate man-hours and project schedule, in alignment with operating and supporting departments.
- Ensure all required information is provided prior to commencement of the tender process
- Provide detailed cost estimates for tender submissions, liaise with suppliers in requesting quotations
- Prepare and produce tender and full proposal documentation on qualified offers ensuring bid compliance
- Check all contract documentation and ensure compliance when a offer is successful
- Liaise with product suppliers for technical information and competitive pricing
- Attend offers clarifications and handover meetings
- Negotiating with the clients on terms and conditions as well as commercial offers.
- Supporting handing over the awarded projects to project management team.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering.
- 5 years experience
- Computer skills: Microsoft office (word – Excel – PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication skills, hard worker, good time management.
- Very good command in Arabic and English (both written and spoken).
- Ability to deliver accurate high quality work to tight deadlines
- Ability to manage multiple inquiries and proposals
