Job Description

  • Responsible for client communications and conflict resolutions.
  • Ensures that all processes and procedures are completed and followed , quality standards and customer expectations are met, and that project is profitable.
  • Ensures that client issues are dealt with in an efficient manner.
  • Aware and in pursuit of opportunities for account growth.
  • Provide regular two-way communication between the client and team, to provide strong team representation and set proper client expectations
  • Understanding of company capabilities and service, and effectively communicates all offerings to the client and the agents too.
  • Reports to the Account Director, providing regular input on all account activity
  • Monitoring hiring plan and communicate the interviews feedbacks
  • Set new classes inductions
  • Handle new agents logistics like collecting hiring documents, signing contracts ,Medical registration applications , VPN and bank account opening
  • Update and organize the Project's manpower and Headcount sheets and follow up transfers inside the project.
  • Prepare Payroll sheets and send it to payroll team
  • Prepare invoices and send it to clients and WASLA sales team
  • Communicate with the financial department in POs creation and collection follow up
  • Handle all agents' requests and direct them to the concerned parties "Resignations, Medical approvals and refunds, HR letters and etc..... "
  • Make reports and analysis to WASLA and its clients management
