Job Description
Job Scope:
- Planning and delivering CRC & CRM strategies across the company encouraging customer retention and customer loyalty.
- Deciding on the CRC & CRM platform structure and architecture ensuring it works seamlessly across the organization and captures all required information at key points in the customer life cycle.
- Working closely with all departments to ensure the CRC & CRM work effectively for all aspects of the company.
Job Requirements
- 7+ years of experience, with 3-5 years of relevant experience.
- Food and Beverages industry is preferable.
- Fluency in English.
- Bachelor Degree in any relevant field.
- Knowledge of French is preferable.
