Market Development
- Analyze the market requirements and have adequate channel info to cover white spots in the market.
- Monthly review with sales manager and managing directors and concerned engineers on agreed KPIs
- Joint visit with technical team for finalizing of project order,
- Motivate and train sales engineers for proper selection of components and ensure competitive offers
- Conduct monthly meeting with production and the logistics to ensure smooth operation
Challenges

- Ensure achievement of the Targeted order received,
- To have a balance among the market segments
- To have healthy business approach
Job Requirements
- Electrical/Mechanical Engineering Background with minimum 5-10 years of experience of sales in our field (Gen-sets and electrical equip.)
- channel management for handling Gen-sets and electrical product range
- Leadership and management skills
- Experience in the local Market
- Building rapport with the organization and its customers
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent command of written and spoken English. Additional Languages will be a plus.
