Job Description
- Handle customer requests, inquiries and complaints via what’s app, twitter and emails (Hotel booking, flight reservation, packages and car rental).
- Send the copy of the receipts and passport and other needed document to the sales agents to finalize the booking procedures.
- Send the hotels vouchers and flight tickets directly to the customers via what’s app.
- Communicate with the customers to confirm the data.
Job Requirements
- Very good English ( Spoken & Written)
- Bachelor Degree
- At least experience one year experience in Social Media field
- Travel experience is a MUST
- Males ONLY
- Flexibility with rotational shifts
- Excellent communication skills
