Job Description
- Implement HR strategies and policies.
- Prepare/maintain employment records related to events such as hiring, termination, leaves, transfers, or promotions…etc
- Maintain employees files
- Develop and follow-up Staff performance management and career development.
- Run HR System and its related functions
- Collect incentives data
- Develop yearly training plan
Job Requirements
