Job Description
- Improving understanding of all the aspects in research projects, project planning, data analysis, interpretation and reporting.
- Designing research plans for products in all stages of the Product Life Cycle.
- Independently managing your team to deliver research projects and ensure meeting all deadlines.
- Writing Questionnaires, Reports and presentations.
- Ensuring the quality of all output from the team.
- Working closely with the Management team to raise the profile of Al-Araby by delivering high quality research.
- Trouble shooting on projects, wherever necessary through a hands-on approach.
- Ensuring adherence to all MIS requirements as stated by the organization from time to time
- Extending assistance to other teams wherever necessary and in whatever capacity that maybe necessary.
- Brief field team and monitor field schedules and quality.
- Ensuring smooth relationship between the 3 departments (Research team, Field team, and Data processing team)
- Supervising data processing in case they need any help.
- Ensuring professional and friendly behavior with all colleagues and evoking respect and professional behavior from all.
- Motivating colleagues and acknowledging good performance
- Handling the admin, invoicing, and collection aspects of projects in cooperation with financial and administrative supervisor.
- Maintaining detailed soft and hard copy files for each project that include a copy of all documents for reference and for future use in similar projects.
Job Requirements
- BS/BA in marketing, statistical, economics, preferable graduates of private universities with 4-6 years of experience.
- Excellent command of English (writing, speaking, understanding, reading).
- Computer skills proficient in Microsoft office including the ability to operate spreadsheet ,Word processing and powerpoint programs.
- Ability to lead a team; previous management experience is a must.
- Commercial & marketing awareness & understanding.
- Numerical skills.
- Proficiency in statistical analysis software (e.g., SPSS, R) required
- Excellent research thinking skills /Commercial awareness
- Strong analytical/statistical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and report large amounts of data with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience in defining clear and concise project requirements and good project management, organizational and client management skills
- Willing to travel a broad to where the to where the project is being carried out.
