Job Brief:
We are looking for a specialized Corporate attorney to serve as n in-house counsel and handle all complex legal matters and projects. You will ensure the legality of commercial transactions and advise our company on legal rights and duties.
Responsibilities:
- Consult and handle all corporate legal processes (e.g. mergers & acquisitions, financial/securities offerings, compliance issues, transactions, agreements, lawsuits, patents);
- Develop company policy and position on legal issues;
- Research, anticipate ad guard company again legal risks;
- Guide managers and ensure compliance with rules and regulations;
- Structure, draft and review reports and other legal documents;
- Draft and administer all contracts;and
- Negotiate deals and attend company meetings.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Proven comparable law firm experience;
- Proven background on corporate law;
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills;
- Analytical ability and strong attention to detail;
- Ability to work as part of a team;
- Computer skills;
- Excellent time management skills to keep to strict deadlines;
- Fluent in English and Arabic;
- Excellent written and oral communication skills to work with your clients and their advisers, lawyers; and
- Maintain confidentiality;
